NYPD was caught assaulting, pepper spraying, and harassing protesters in Brooklyn as they marched for justice following an NYPD mass shooting. The event they are protesting was the NYPD chasing a man who skipped $3 subway fare. Upon confronting him they say he had a knife, to which they responded by open firing a gun in a crowd. They struck four people total, including a random civilian who now has permanent brain damage. Jon Farina covers this protest and the police brutality that followed.
