Looking east. WINNIPEG - Portage Avenue westbound traffic at Ronald street curb lane, adjacent to the Dairy Queen. As a long time property tax paying resident of the city, I’m embarrassed by the 3rd world condition of this main thoroughfare! It’s very demoralizing to continually listen to city hall’s b.s. about revitalization of the “downtown core” when they can’t even maintain the streets! This particular pothole was very poorly repaired as evident by all the sediment on the sidewalk. It’s been in this state for weeks! Video was taken 28 April 2024 while light snow was falling.
