Hey my lovelies!

First off I just want to say that this video isn't going to be for everybody..if you are currently pregnant and want to only hear about positive labour and birth experiences, then this video may not be the one for you as although myself and baby are absolutely fine now, my labour was not an easy one and for me it was a bit traumatic. However, if you are someone who wants a real, honest story of how labour and birth can go, then maybe this is the video for you.

I just want to also say as well, as a bit of realism, I did all of the hypnobirthing techniques, I was very positive about labour and birth throughout the whole pregnancy, I did everything that everyone recommended to do and my labour and birth still didn't end up how I wanted it to and that is ok..but it also means that someone else could do the exact same things as me and end up with their ideal birth so please do not let this put you off or scare you because at the end of the day, we can only do so much before it's ultimately put into our body's and the universe's hands of what happens next..

But the main thing is, he is here and he is happy and healthy and this is our labour and delivery story!
