I needed a pick me up. I thought it had been a while since I filmed some of my workout tracks, so it motivated me to move this afternoon.

1 - Core and Booty Focus (cardio) 1 x 1kg weight
2 Leg Focus (toning) 2 x 1 kg weights
3 Fun Focus (legs, boxing) 2 x 1kg weights
#4 Legs and Tricep Focus 2 x 2-5kg weights
