A: I'd say yes and no. His morality is in the right path, but a bit chaotic in the sense as far as how he kills and torment people.

A: That's his owner and he does whatever to please him and is the only person to get him on Mr. Pickles's good side. However, Tommy isn't really too bright as he looks for friends and you can see mr.pickles is hurt when he isn't necessarily called a friend by him. He almost took a bullet for him.
