Qiya mountain is one of the mountains of Mako city in West Azarbaijan province. This mountain is located on the slope of Mako city and in its old context, and it is 200 meters high with 25 meters bending radius and 250 meters long. Mako Castle is also located on the slopes of this mountain.
After the stone caps of Brazil and France, Mount Qiya is the third curved stone cap in the world. The slope of this mountain has been isolated by Mako municipality with lighting equipment, which has turned into a tourist place. Some of the walls and rooms of the old houses in the "Qiya" mountain area have remained completely intact and intact due to being protected from snow and rain under the stone umbrella of Qiya.
