Professor Elvin Gadd, shortened as E. Gadd, is a recurring side character of the Mario franchise that usually appears in the Luigi's Mansion series. He's an inventor of Mario Sunshine's FLUDD, the Poltergusts of the Luigi's Mansion series and Gooigi in the 3rd installment, he also is an owner of a coffee store in Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga.

Dr. Edgar Zomboss is the main antagonist of the Plants vs Zombies series. He is the final boss in all iterations of the series and is usually equipped with a giant robot.
