Braised Pork Belly- made with pork belly, fried tofu, hard-boiled eggs, herb and spice. It 's an unique recipe for braised pork belly "Colorful, Tender and delish" and hope it will be your favorite after a bite!!!

▶ Ingredients :
● 700 g, Pork Belly
● 10 Chicken Eggs
● 10 pieces, Tofu
● 15 g, Ginger
● 1 bulb, Garlic
● 2 stems, Green Onions (Scallions)
● Dried Chili (Optional)
● 6 tbsp, Sugar
● 3 tbsp, Fish Sauce/ Soy Sauce
● 1 tbsp, Pepper Powder
● 1/2 tsp, Salt
● 1 tbsp, Dark Soy Sauce
● 1000 ml, Water
● And Cooking Oil .

Method :
1. First, boil for 8–10 minutes over medium heat for perfect hard boiled eggs. Let's it cold or dip it in a bowl of water before peel the eggs.
2. Next, Slice off the end of the garlic clove. This makes it easy to peel. Use the knife blade smash the clove. Peel the ginger root using the edge of a spoon. Use the knife to slice it into thinly slices. The scallions have two separate parts, the bottom which is white for soup and the tops, which are green as garnishes. Trim off the pork into medium piece for perfect sized braised soup.
3. let the pan heat up for a few minutes before adding the oil. Fry the tofu over medium-high heat until golden and crispy for 6–8 minutes per side. Drain off the oil on paper towel.
4. Fry the pork belly over medium heat until light golden brown for about 8-10 minutes.
5. In the big pot, add the fried pork belly, hard-boiled eggs, fried tofu, ginger, garlic, green onions, dried chili (optional), sugar, fish sauce/ soy sauce, dark soy sauce, pepper powder, salt and pour the water.
6. Bring it to boil, about 5-7 minutes. The Medium heat to lower and braise the pork for 30-45 minutes or until the pork belly is completely cooked and tender.
7. Finally, taste for seasoning and adjust if required.
8. Serve with the steamed rice and enjoy your meal.
