Hey everyone! This week, I took a much-needed break and joined my dad's family on their annual summer holiday in beautiful Jamaica. It was a perfect time to reflect on life, recharge my battery, and enjoy some me-time. I started each day with peaceful morning walks and 45 minutes of yoga—self-care at its best!

Although the all-inclusive hotel wasn’t quite up to 5-star standards, the experience was still refreshing, and spending quality time with my family was priceless. Sometimes, even a mum needs a break, right?
