Queen Wongyeong (1365-1420) Min is the third queen of Joseon, the fifth daughter-in-law of King Taejo, Lee Seong-gye, and the mother of King Sejong and Prince Yangnyeong.

She is known as the most political queen along with Queen Jeonghee and Queen Munjeong. Her family, Yeoheung Min clan, being the in-laws of Lee Seong-gye, fired enormous support to establish Joseon at the rist of the fate of the family and Queen Wongyeong personally made great contributions for Lee Bang-won to take power to the extent that she could not fall short of other contributors.
