Applying House Wash Solution: Starting with a downstream application of a house wash solution, which includes Sodium Hypochlorite (bleach) and surfactant, to loosen and treat the organic build-up.

Surface Head Cleaning: Using a surface head to methodically clean with even pressure. This is then followed up by using a rotary tip on a dual lance gun.

Adjusting Techniques: Realizing that the initial house wash solution isn't concentrated enough, I switch to an M-Jet for a stronger application directly from the bleach bottle, ensuring deeper penetration and effective cleaning.

Professional Equipment Insights: At the beginning, I discuss with the homeowner how my equipment setup, including my pressure control capabilities, ensures the best results for various surfaces.

Tackling Efflorescence: Addressing heavy efflorescence build-up, I perform a test spot using specialized products from Eacochem - Calcite Presoak followed by NMD 80. The process shows significant progress but highlights the need for patience and multiple treatments for complete removal.

Before and After Transformation: Dramatic before and after photos reveal the transformation from a neglected, filthy patio to a clean, nearly new-looking surface.
