INGREDIENTS :
• 18 tablespoons all purpose flour (180 grams)
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon bonito powder
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 egg
• 2 cups water (500 milliliters)

SAUCE :
• 2 tablespoons ketchup
• 1½ tablespoons worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
• ½ tablespoon sugar

TOPPINGS :
• diced boiled octopus / sausage / cheese
• sliced green onions / scallions
• mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon seaweed flakes / aonori
• 2 tablespoons bonito flakes / katsuobushi
