Today's video is mixture of BJJ technique along with a simple exercise to make your grip stronger for lifting, BJJ or whatever. This came up today when I was teaching how to stop an armbar defense with a simple gripping adjustment to weaken the grip.
Afterwards Eli started explaining some ideas about grip strength and areas of weakness and started sharing an exercise about how to strengthen the grip.
I thought it would make a fun video and give you a technique or a exercise to throw into your next BJJ session or lifting workout.
