This week brings us Elite Bundle 3, which comes with two cars: The Nissan GTR-50 by Italdesign and the Hyperion XP-1. The GTR-50 is a viable off-meta pick, with its main strength being its acceleration and handling. The XP-1 wins in terms of sound design and NOS power but suffers from bad handling, especially at lower speeds, and a weird gearing configuration. Overall, this bundle is worth it if you have the money to spend, but I wouldn't say it's better than Elite Bundle 2.
