Dough Recipe
100 g of rice flour
80 g tapioca starch
500 ml of water
2 tablespoons of oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
If you divide the dough into 25g each, you get 28 pieces.

1/2 teaspoon Ground pepper
1 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoons Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
2 tablespoons oil for Stir-fry

Concentrated Sauce
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
3 tablespoons Sweet soy sauce
9 tablespoons Fermented vinegar
5 tablespoons Sugar
12 red chilies, coarsely pounded
**You can use distilled vinegar instead.
