00:15 - Tools Required

00:21 - Ensure all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is worn. Center the drill template provided over the closed container door and your desired height. Mark the two holes on ONE side only. Right side for #3240 INSTA Lock Box and #3233 INSTA Puck Lock. Left side holes for #3241 INSTA Lock Box.

00:34 - Tap the two marks with a metal punch.

00:39 - Drill the two holes with a starter drill bit and continue drilling straight through the container door.

00:51 - Finish drilling out the two holes with a stepped drill bit to 5/8”.

1:09 - Place bolts into front section of the lock box. Bolt to the container door using a ¾” socket driver or ratchet.

1:30 - With the back section held against the front, close the container door. Line up the back section to ensure the container doors will open and close without binding. Once positioned, mark the outline of the back section.

1:43 - With the front door open, replace the back section with the outline. Mark the center of the two holes. Repeat steps three to six to install the back section.

2:02 - For maximum security use our #6850 INSTA Pad Lock Pro Series (as shown) or our #8080 INSTA Block Lock

2:08 - To install #3233 INSTA Bolt-On Puck Lock Box repeat steps one through five and compliment lock box with our #6272 INSTA Puck Lock Pro Series.
