Last week we took the time to find all the decor we needed for the fall makeover and we transformed the interior of the apartment.

This week, we’re making sure the outside matches the inside.

The patio experienced some rough weather this month so before we start this makeover, we need to clean up the patio and do some damage control on my plants.

Then it’s finally time to transform this apartment patio to an autumn dream…
