Watch in 4K Ultra HD, 60fps!

This is a tool-assisted speedrun (TAS). This time will not count on any real rankings. Done on Dolphin 5.0 with slowdown, savestates, frame advance, TAS input, TAS code, and RAM watch (info display).

This had Infinite shrooms on for the TAF. Only used 3 mushrooms during the flap.

Mkwii Ben can actually TAS??!?!? Surprisingly yes. I started the project about two weeks ago when I thought that it would be funny to try and beat it. I thought it was already optimized so i would have been happy to get within 30 milliseconds of the bkt. I tried some more not knowing that i was entering the lap incorrectly and I got a time of 4.2xx. I decided to try and optimize my time more which I then got a 4.198 (which ties the previous bkt). So I wanted to invest my time into this and see if I could tie the 4.119. Once I got a 4.132 I knew that this was possible as I still had some areas to improve. So I kept improving until I got a 4.118. I thought about stopping there but I tested some better landings from the curb hop and then I got a 4.113. After that Abby (mkwii PENIS) Helped improve the time down to 4.111 so technically this is a collab tas lol.


About the run
This might be able to be improved if you can get a faster wheelie after the curb hop. The rest of the run is pretty optimal. My estimate for the limit is 4.106 though I could be wrong. With all that said I am very happy that I Improved this and got my first Tas BKT. Again thank you to Abby for helping too and also recording.

Also I wanted to do a small TAF at the end to make it more interesting. mkwii PENIS helped up to the first supergrind and then I did the rest. Nothing that insane but i hope it was at least entertaining
