In this video, I'll be showing you how to make an elevated Japanese style potato salad.

Ingredients:
4-5 small washed potatoes
1 egg
1 cucumber
1 pack crab sticks
Sesame oil
Black pepper
Kewpie mayo
1 tbsp sugar
Water for boiling the potatoes and egg
Salt to prep the cucumber

This is a pretty simple potato salad recipe (but made fancy). Kewpie mayo is mandatory here to get the right flavour profile.
