Tumis sampe mateng berminyak2, bumbuin garam & kaldu.
Minyak agak banyak biar awet suhu ruang.

Kalo mau dipakai tinggal diambil sedikit, lalu tambahkan protein (ayam goreng, tahu, tempe, telur dll)

BUMBU UNGKEP
185 gram bawang putih
75 gram bawang merah
kunyit, ketumbar

Ungkep pake air sedikit tambahin sereh geprek, kalo misal ungkep ayam ada sisa bumbu bisa dipake buat ungkep paru, tempe, tahu, dll.

250 gram bawang merah
100 gram bawang putih
kemiri
ketumbar

Buat gulai santan putih, kalo gulai santan merah tinggal ditambahin cabe merah.

Ini apa aja harusnya bisa tinggal ditambahin lengkuas, jahe, dll (geprek aja tambahannya)
