Smoked Chicken Drumstick Recipe:
Take drumsticks out of package and pat dry with a paper towel.
Season with a SPG rub followed by a BBQ Rub. I used Kinders for both.
Place in smoker or oven at 275 until reaching 165-170 degrees. The timing will vary for each cook depending on size of drumsticks but for me this took about 75 minutes. At this point dunk your chicken in a glaze ( 16 oz of bbq sauce and 1-2 oz of apple juice) There will be a lot of leftover sauce so cut in half in you aren't making many drumsticks. Once glazed place back on smoker until your chicken reaches an internal temp of 185-190. This took me about another 20 minutes or so but will vary for you each time. Go by temp not time. Take your chicken off the smoker and let rest for 5-10 minutes it will be very hot. ENJOY!
