Pricing Incredible Hulk 181 -- the first (full) appearance of Wolverine -- is typically easy. But, how about the finest, known copy (CGC 9.9)? In this video, I'll show three approaches to estimating the value of this exceptionally rare and valuable comic book. I use GPanalysis and CGC census as tools, along with a bit of ingenuity!
