1 and 1/2 cup cake flour (210 grams)
3 tbsp. oil (30 grams)
4 and 1/2 tbsp. milk (45 grams)
1/2 tsp. salt
lemon rind or lemon extract
cream
2 cup - 2 and 1/4 cups whip cream (450 grams)
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup powdered milk
1 medium can fruit cocktail (822 grams)
or you can use peach halves or fresh fruits as filling and toppings.
