The Sidecar is one of the best cognac cocktails out there, so today I’ll show you how to do it in three ways, including my 5-Star Exclusive recipe to really make it shine! Said to have been named after the motorcycle sidecar, as a reference to a patron who would arrive at the bar in a sidecar and order this drink, the Sidecar is in its core a daisy cocktail that dates back to at least the 1910s!
