Recipe Details
Serves 2-3 People
Cooking Time - 15 Mins
Preparation Time - 10 Mins
Dish Type - Snacks

Ingredients:

For Manchurian
Chopped carrot – ½ cup
Chopped cabbage – ½ cup
Chopped cauliflower – ½ cup
Chopped French beans – ½ cup
Salt – 1tsp
Red chili powder – ½ tsp
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Chopped green chili – 1 tsp
Soya sauce dark– ½ tsp
Chopped ginger – 1 tsp
Vinegar – ½ tsp
Corn flour – 3 tsp
Maida – 4 tsp
Baking powder – 1 pinch

For Gravy
Oil – 1 tbsp
Chopped garlic – 1 tbsp
Chopped ginger – 1 tsp
Chopped green chili – 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup – ½ cup
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Chili sauces – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 pinch
Black pepper powder – 1tsp
Chopped coriander – 1 tbsp
For slurry
Corn flour – 1 tbsp
Water – 2 tbsp

Method:

For Manchurian
In a bowl put chopped carrot, chopped cabbage, chopped cauliflower, chopped French beans and add salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder, garam masala, chopped green chili, dark soya sauce, chopped ginger, vinegar, and mix it well and keep it aside for 5-7 minutes.
Add cornflour, maida, and mix it well and add a pinch of baking powder and mix again.
Rolls and Shape the mixture into 2-inch cylinders and set aside
Heat oil and fry the Manchurian till it becomes a golden brown in color. And strain it from oil and keep it aside.

For Gravy
Heat oil in the wok and put chopped garlic, and roast it just for a second then add chopped ginger, chopped green chili, and cook everything together.
Now pour tomato ketchup and stir it then add a little bit of water and add soya sauce, vinegar, chili sauces, and continue cooking.
Add salt, black pepper, and stir, pour a little bit of water, and let It boil.
Now add chopped coriander and give a nice mix.
Add slurry for cornflour to thicken the gravy and mix it well and give it a boil.
Now add Manchurians in the gravy and give one boil.
Your Manchurian is ready to serve.

For Slurry
In a bowl add cornflour, water and mix it completely, and your slurry is ready.
