Joe Findysz is the proud owner of 8  @AceHardware  stores in Tucson, AZ. We decided to tour his HUGE, 50,000 square foot ACE Hardware Store located on 22nd Street. This location is the first ACE west of the Mississippi River, but it also has the merit of being voted the coolest ACE Hardware in America. This building features a hobby shop, outdoor power rental equipment, a woodworking shop, and much more along with an abundance of your traditional hardware needs.

We have an extensive ongoing conversation with Joe on how he has created a winning culture within his stores and team members. You may be surprised with some of the answers that he gives when it comes to his outlook on day to day business.

Lastly, Joe's success has granted him the blessing of procuring an array of automobiles over his lifetime. We get a sneak peak of the "Park Ave Car Experience", which is set to open sometime this year in Tucson. It is rich in automobile and local community culture that will certainly put a smile on your face.
