At the request of many, this is my recipe for chocoflan or better known as "The impossible cake". The name is attributed to the fact that no one understands how two mixtures of different densities can be baked together and eventually remain one on top of the other as if they had been baked separately. And well ... it's not as impossible as they said. In this video, I show the detailed procedure of how I prepare it, as well as some difficulties I had. I hardly get it 😂

Ingredients:
- The caramel
- 80 grams of water.
- 200 grams of sugar.
- Chocolate cake
- 120 grams of sugar (1/2 cup approx.)
- 3 large eggs.
- 75 milliliters of oil.
- 60 milliliters of milk.
- 120 grams of All purpose flour (1 cup approx)
- 30 grams of cocoa powder (1/3 cup approx.)
- 3 grams of baking powder (1 teaspoon approx.)
- Custard
- 5 large eggs.
- 100 grams of sugar.
- 500 milliliters of whole milk.
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract.

*Bake at 150 degrees Celsius (150 -170 C ° maximum) for 40 - 45 minutes in a Bain-marie.
*Bake at 300 Fahrenheit (300 -340 F ° maximum) for 40 - 45 minutes in a Bain-marie.
