No more blueline clappers or head shots or anything fancy. Get your eyes focused with some floaters to each glove.

It's important for goalies to get a proper warmup especially if they aren't on the ice often. If you constantly have teammates that try to dangle or take slappers this video should give them a better idea of how to warm you up in that short 5 minutes you have.
