Shona Crallan is a mediator and lawyer with two decades experience in litigation, corporate law, human rights law and policy.

Shona’s experience in mediation includes high value commercial and civil claims, workplace, clinical negligence, human rights, property, landlord and tenant, SEND (special education needs and disabilities), and designing mediations for highly sensitive claims involving deaths in state custody.

CEDR accredited for both commercial and workplace mediations, Shona is also a member of CEDR’s commercial panel of mediators and clinical negligence mediators approved to conduct mediations for NHS Resolution's Clinical Mediation Scheme.

Shona started her career at Freshfields where she worked in corporate law, litigation, and Intellectual Property, including a secondment to The London Organising Committee to the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

She subsequently established a specialism in human rights law and policy at Amnesty International, Hickman & Rose, and INQUEST.
