快盗ルビイ [Kaitō Ruby] is a 1988 Japanese film directed by Makoto Wada. The movie is absolutely charming, and I loved all the characters. Highly recommend. I believe the film is available to watch on YouTube, and comedy fans and romantic comedy fans would likely enjoy it very much!
