Hi friends,

Today in this video I will share my recipe of Brahmi leaves chutney. Brahmi leaves is a herb which is a good for anything and everything concerned our brain, like it enhances our memory, reduces anxiety, improves concentration and many more. You also have brahmi supplements after consulting your doctor, but if you have access to fresh brahmi leaves, nothing like it. Just like coriander and mint chutney you can store it for 3-4 days and enjoy it with dosa’s and sandwiches.

Do consider making this chutney and you will love it.

Ingredients:
Timare leaves- 2 cup
Coconut oil- ½ tsp
Urad dal- 1 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Coriander seeds- 1 tsp
Coconut- 1 cup
Green chillies- 4 (you can add more if you like spicy)
Garlic- 5 cloves
Tamarind- marble sized ball
Jaggery powder- 2 tsp
Cooked rice- 1 tblsp
Salt as per taste
