Six exercises to prevent muscle aging. Aging is a natural process in which our body undergoes changes, one of which is the loss of muscle mass and balance. However, there are specific exercises that we can perform to keep our muscles in shape and delay this process called sarcopenia. In this video, we will invest our time working on the most important areas, the feet, in search of intrinsic foot musculature that helps prevent falls, the glutes and quadriceps, to protect both hips and knees, and the lumbar area, which will help you fight against osteoporosis and the associated hunched posture. Finally, we will perform a comprehensive hip mobility exercise to maintain flexibility. Each exercise will be accompanied by easier and harder alternatives that will allow you to adapt it to your abilities, because the important thing is to exercise, but to do so within your possibilities, so that it is a challenging exercise, neither too easy nor too difficult.
