Hello friends, this time I will share a recipe for how to make leker cake or also known as the crepes, this is the mini version of the crepes, but if you want to make it in a larger size you can also do it, so adjust it as you wish, the crepes This mini is very simple because it only uses Teflon, so for those of you who don't have a crepes tool, you can make your own at home using Teflon.

10 tbsp rice flour (100 gr)
4 tablespoons cornstarch (40 gr)
2 tbsp wheat flour (20 gr)
5 tbsp sugar (65 g)
1 egg
½ tbsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
200 ml liquid milk
