Welcome back to another school year and the start of a new episode of ShiftED podcast. On episode 31, I welcomed Lee Crockett for insight into starting off a new school year. We delved into various topics related to education and personal growth, exploring the importance of mindfulness and its connection to effective teaching. Lee shares his personal journey and the cultural emphasis on mindfulness in Japan, contrasting it with the challenges faced in Western education. Our conversation then shifts towards the concept of impermanence and its role in fostering a more adaptable and enjoyable work environment.
