在泡完川湯溫泉後，我來到了「蔦燒」日式居酒屋，這是一家充滿日本風情的小館。

「蔦燒」的氛圍非常棒，淡黃色的燈光讓人感覺溫暖舒適。無論是下班後想放鬆，還是和三五好友聚餐，我都非常推薦這裡。店門外有一位穿盔甲的日本武士坐鎮中央，讓人彷彿穿越到日本的戰國時代，非常有趣。

雖然店內座位不算多，但正因為這種緊湊感，反而讓人覺得更加舒適。半邊是吧台區，你可以看到料理的製作過程，還能和店員偶爾碰個杯。菜單的選擇非常多，如果你和我一樣有選擇困難症，可以直接請店員推薦喔。

Today, I'm taking you to Kawayu Spa in Beitou, Taipei, to check out its unique charm.

Established in 1998, Kawayu was the first to introduce Japanese public bath culture to the Xingyi Road hot spring area. The place features Japanese-style decor reminiscent of Kyoto’s street scenes, and they offer special healthy cuisine that makes you feel like you're in Japan. What's great is that Kawayu operates 24/7 and offers services like shuttle transfers and massages, so you can completely relax.

The hot spring water here comes from an active volcanic sulphur spring in the Yangmingshan area, unique to northern Taiwan. They offer three types of hot spring water: Qing Huang, Bai Huang, and Tie Huang, allowing you to experience Beitou's natural wonders while enjoying a hotspring bath.

After relaxing at Kawayu Spa, I went to Niǎo shāo BBQ Restaurant, a place that feels just like a small Japanese tavern.

The atmosphere at Niǎo shāo is amazing, with warm yellow lighting that makes you feel cozy and comfortable. It's a perfect spot to unwind after work or gather with friends. Outside the restaurant, there's a Japanese samurai in armor sitting in the middle, making you feel like you've travelled back to Japan's Sengoku era—very cool!

Though the seating inside is cozy with not too many seats, it actually adds to the comfortable ambiance. One side is a bar counter where you can watch the cooking process and occasionally clink glasses with the staff. The menu offers a wide variety of options, so if you're indecisive, you can always ask the staff for recommendations.
