Because clearly what Arknights was missing is a 12th Guard archetype that does the same thing as others but with minor differences so we can pretend they're totally not the same /s
This archetype is kinda just ass and it doesn't help that Odda has nothing to bring other than damage - his splash AoE is way too small and weak, he doesn't have range, he doesn't have self-sustain, he can't tank well, he can't CC well (levitate too short + it can't hit his main target + uptime kinda bad + doesn't affect weight 4+ enemies). There's just not that many situations where Odda would be a better pick over like, half the 5* Guards in the game (including Wind Chimes, unironically), and it feels like these situations often have other more efficient solutions.
