Chilly morning so cold the rod eyelets kept freezing over along with frozen finger tips and toes, a runny nose, muscle cramps despite wearing multiple layers… But all worth it with this 21-inch, 5 pounder right on the dot! Thanks to my cousin Binh on the net job. Winterizing the canoe and switching over to river fishing for the remainder of the season.
