This donut draws inspiration from the beloved Japanese Nama donuts(生ドーナツ). Their round shape is covered with sugar on the surface, while others are generously filled with a variety of flavoured creams. The texture is incredibly delicate, seemingly melting away with each bite. I’ve crafted these donuts to be reminiscent of the soft, fluffy, and delightfully chewy Japanese Nama Donuts, ensuring satisfaction with every heavenly bite.

Recipe
Milk 110ml(If it is a warm day, then just use room temperature milk. Otherwise, if it's a cold day, you should use warm milk around 30-35°C)
Beaten Egg 30g
Instant Yeast 3g
Caster Sugar 20g
Bread Flour 200g
Salt 3g
Unsalted Butter 30g

For the filling:
Whipping Cream 250ml
Caster Sugar 25g
Cream Cheese 125g

・Oil temperature is 170°C
・Fry each side 1.5 - 2 mins or until both sides are golden brown
