Instead, try to make your goals:

βœ… Realistic Commitments
βœ… Focus on what you β€œshould do” and β€œadd” to your life to succeed!

I actually LOVE this time of year when there is a sense of heightened motivation and eagerness to improve in the air! πŸ˜ŠπŸƒ

What I DON’T LOVE is when we take that innate desire for growth and make it a miserable experience because of unrealistic goals that don’t serve us! πŸ˜–πŸ’”

This year, I’m focusing on sustainable consistency & celebrating the wins in my fitnessβ€”to improve my health from a place of love & positivity, inshAllah!
