First of all, which language you know is not a matter. Just follow the steps shows on video.
If we changed screen resolution to an unsuitable ratio, your monitor will not show the output. Then you have to recover os with its CD.
But, here I show you how do we can reset the resolution to normal withouth the help of OS monitor.
It is applicable to any windows os which provides screen reader W7,8,8.110
