We welcome to the shop Chris Huisman from TOMY, along with their prototype of a die-cast 1:350 USS Enterprise refit model that we've heard so much about. After manufacturing an original series Enterprise in diecast metal, TOMY is taking on the refit of the Federation flagship as seen in Star Trek The Motion Picture, including its complex aztec paint pattern and interior details. We ask our burning questions about this project and get up close to one of the most beautifully designed ships in the science fiction pantheon.
