Hi, guys! Today I brought 4 kinds of rice thieves, Soy Sauce Marinated Crab Meat, Spicy Marinated Crab Meat, Soy Sauce Marinated Shrimp, and Spicy Marinated Shrimp! (“Rice thieves,” or “밥도둑” in Korean, refer to delicious side dishes that make you eat more rice! Marinated shrimp and crabs are typical examples of rice thieves in a Korean meal) I topped rice with marinated crab meat and shrimp first and added some sesame seeds, sesame oil, egg yolks, and spicy peppers! Gim (dried seaweed) and sunny-side-up eggs too! It was… well, I’m sure you guys know what I’m going to say. It was just unbelievably good!!! If you have no appetite, you’ve got to try this! Although there was no crab shell, the crab meat was not mushy at all. You can still enjoy the texture! It just melted away in my mouth! 🥹 And as for the marinated shrimp, the popping texture was indescribable! The harmony of warm white rice and shrimp was also perfect! And as the yolks of the eggs popped, it got so much richer! 🫢 And I think eating four together was so much better than eating them separately!
