During The Great Depression, people did not waste food. My grandfather grew vegetables in his garden to feed his family. When people grew radishes, they didn't only eat the radishes, they also ate the radish greens. This is a recipe for sautéed radish greens. They are delicious and nutritious. They can be eaten as a side dish, as part of a light meal, or on a sandwich. Let's make a sandwich with them and see if Grandpa likes them.
