1. Keep Quiet
Don't engage with what arises here - thoughts, feelings, sensations, memories, emotions. Keep Quiet. Keep directing your attention inward.

The more you follow this instruction, the deeper you can rest in Presence.

2. Don't Make Any Effort
Don't suppress, don't try to control, don't try to make it any different.
