Learn how to unlock your guitar's whammy bar to its fullest potential through the technique of dive bombing. Bonus points if you are using a Floyd Rose, but a Kahler will work well too. Worst case, a Bigsby or whatever Fender's tremolo whammy bar system is called will also work. I just recommend you try dive bombing every single guitar at Guitar Center to find the one you like the most.

One important thing is to have a lot of gain. Typically, I will stack fuzz pedals for my dive bombing. My preferred setup is an EHX Big Muff (Sustain 10/Tone10/Volume10) into a Death By Audio Fuzz War (Fuzz 10/Tone 0/Volume 10). But see what works well for you.
