In this video I cook up some hokkaido-sweetpotato stew with eggplant, red bell pepper, chorizo, garlic, chilli, ginger, spring onion, tomato paste, olive oil, sesame-seed oil, mirin, ground black pepper, harrissa, fresh ground nutmeg, veggetable broth, french cream, white wine and water mixed with a lot of love.
