½ chard
1 mimosa lettuce
¼ of red cabbage
2 medium tomatoes
½ red onion
1 grated carrot
1 lemon
⅓ of tea cup of olive oil (80ml)
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon of salt
⅓ teaspoon of black pepper
