This is channel was created to share the love and joy of music with everyone. However, given the current climate, there is some bullshit that needs to be addressed.

FOR THOSE WHO SAY “ALL LIVES MATTER”: No one is saying that all lives DON’T matter. We’re saying that we live in a society that so happens to decide that SOME lives matter LESS than others. Yes, SYSTEMIC, INSTITUTIONALIZED RACISM EXISTS. Of course, everyone wants all lives to matter, but if this statement were true, why are BLACK PEOPLE and other POC more likely to be targeted, face police brutality, and get KILLED by the police than white people? Let me ask you this: if all lives matter, then why is there an exception when it comes to black people?

BLACK LIVES MATTER.

Rest in peace to George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, and the countless others who are victims of racial prejudice and hate in this world.
