At the bottom of the ocean, off the coast of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, there is still a frightening testimony of what happens when people full of good will make terrible decisions. It all started as a grand vision to recycle old tires and create an artificial reef full of new marine life, but after more than 2 million tires were dumped into the ocean, this artificial reef would quickly turn into an ecological nightmare.
