I interviewed Kim Bjorne, founder of the book publisher Bjooks, a couple of years back at Synthfest in Burbank, California. He had released Push Turn Move and Patch and Tweak at that point, which are both wonderful and deep books for the electronic musician.

Bjooks has now released Synth Gems 1, by Mike Metlay. This gorgeous coffee table book features over 60 different synthesizers, from the legendary to the unknown. I delve into the book in some detail here.
